Michael Alyoshin is a seasoned mining executive with over 25 years of industry experience, with a particular focus on operations in Central Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Before joining T1 Management, he served as Vice President of Technical Services at PJSC Polyus, one of the world’s largest gold producers. His previous roles include Director of Technical Services at Equinox Gold, Head of Technical Development (Mining) at EuroChem, and Technical Services Manager at ArcelorMittal. Mr. Al Yoshin is a Chartered Engineer- Mining (awarded by the UK Engineering Council and EU). He is also a Professional Member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining in UK, as well as Chartered Professional (Mining) with AusIMM.
