Natalia Nikitina is a distinguished legal expert, boasting nearly three decades of experience in the natural resources and infrastructure sectors across the CIS and Middle East regions. Before becoming a cornerstone of the T1 team, Natalia was a global partner with the prestigious international law firm, White & Case. She specializes in international mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, project financing, and infrastructure. Natalia is an alumna of the Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO), where she graduated cum laude.
