CFO

Ravshan Ismadiyarov is a highly accomplished financial executive and advisor with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and the mining industry in Central Asia. His career includes serving as Group CFO for a Canadian-listed mining company and as an Internal Advisor for Finance and Accounting at Almalyk Mining Complex and Bekabad Metallurgical Plant, both industry-leading companies in Uzbekistan, as well as Aktobe Rail Production Factory in Kazakhstan. He also gained deep expertise in the region’s mining sector while serving as a Director at EY Central Asia and later as a partner at a boutique advisory firm in Kazakhstan. Earlier in his career, he worked at the National Bank for Foreign Economic Activities of Uzbekistan in the Treasury Department.
